Delivery Information

  • UK & Ireland: Parcelforce, UKMail, Yodel, DHL, Interlink, Express Freight or TNT UK

  • International: DHL, Parcelforce or TNT International

Delivery Costs (per set of 4 wheels):

  • United Kingdom – £40

  • Europe + Switzerland – £90

  • Other Destinations – £250

Import Taxes & Duties
All import taxes and duties imposed by your local government or customs are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. Radi8 Wheels accepts no liability for these charges. If unsure, please contact your local customs office before ordering.

Missed Delivery
All deliveries require a signature. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions. Deliveries can also be arranged to a work address (business name, full address, and phone number required).

Delivery Insurance
All parcels are insured. If packaging is visibly damaged, sign for the parcel and write “DAMAGED” next to your signature. If goods inside are damaged, email us immediately at info@radi8wheels.com with photos. Keep all original packaging. We will collect and replace the item free of charge. Once wheels show signs of being fitted, they are excluded from this exchange policy.


Return Policy (Summary)

Because our wheels are custom made for your vehicle, returns are only accepted if:

  • the wheels arrive damaged or defective

  • they are damaged in transit

  • they do not fit your specified vehicle, despite a correct order

📩 To start a return, please email info@radi8wheels.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order numberand photos of the issue.
⚠️ Please note: once wheels are mounted, used, or ordered incorrectly, they are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.


Cancellation & Detailed Return Terms

  • Orders can be cancelled by phone/email before dispatch or before wheels/tyres are prepared.

  • Goods already dispatched must be returned at the purchaser’s expense (if not faulty).

  • Returns must be notified in writing within 14 days of receipt.

  • Non-faulty returns outside this period may be refused.

Exclusions (non-returnable):
a) Products that have been used
b) Products that have been fitted
c) Products not returned in original condition & packaging
d) Custom-made / special order products
e) Wheels with tyres already fitted
f) Products resold or transferred to third parties

Return Packaging:
Items damaged in return transit due to poor packaging will not be refunded. Please use the original manufacturer/branded packaging.

Inspection & Warranty:

  • Check your delivery immediately upon arrival.

  • Signing for goods confirms acceptance as complete & undamaged.

  • Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Warranty claims: goods must be returned for inspection. If covered, replacements/refunds will be processed as priority.
